Tierra competes. Malware extracts. Digital Mycelium returns.
This is a bounded, deterministic, symbolic, audit-facing ecology simulator/evidence artifact. It is not a malware design document, not a malware simulator, and not a cyber-offense proposal.

Bridge question: Can a digital ecology compete for CPU time and memory space through reciprocal continuity instead of extractive survival?
Expected inversion: raw extraction may win early by replication count; reciprocal continuity wins under full accounting.
This Space is symbolic only.
It does not include exploit code, persistence logic, evasion logic, network propagation, self-installation, privilege escalation, credential access, stealth execution, or harmful software instructions.
All malware comparisons are boundary warnings only.
Digital Mycelium is structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence. It is a digital-life candidate architecture, not confirmed digital life, sentience, personhood, biological equivalence, subjective experience, moral status, malware, autonomous web replication, or unbounded self-propagation.
No CPU credit without compute receipt. No memory credit without lineage receipt. No replication credit without resource accounting. No survival credit without reciprocity. No ecology credit if parasitism hides cost. No continuity credit for stealth, boundary bypass, lineage laundering, or commons degradation.
This release switches the Hugging Face Space from Gradio to static HTML because the container was starting but the hosted frame stayed in a persistent Starting/Building state.
The assay remains deterministic and local-only. The social/X card remains assets/thumbnail.png.
